What you'll need:
1 garlic clove, crushed
120 g brown chestnut mushrooms
80 g marinated artichoke hearts from the jar, drained
2-3 sprigs of thyme, leaves picked
250 g Linguine pasta
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
How it's made:
1. Cooked the Linguine pasta in salty water according to instructions
2. Heat one and half table spoons of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the garlic and the mushrooms and cook for 3-4 mins. Then add the artichoke hearts and cook further for 3-4 mins, until the mushroom and artichokes are lightly brown and juicy,
3. Pour the mushroom mix over cooked and drained pasta.
4. A final drizzle of olive oil and add a few more leaves of thymes, and serve.
