The recipe of this simple and tasty salad is from my dear friend, Camilla, whom I got to know when I attended her Persian cooking class three years ago. It was a fantastic evening with a lot of delicious food! This salad strikes me with its vibrant colors and its refreshing taste. I hope you will enjoy it too! I will cook more dishes from her cooking class later on. Stay tuned!
