New Year's Red Detox Smoothie
We keep many different kinds of frozen berries in our freezer all year long. So we can make smoothie, berry sauces, or baked oats with berries whenever we want. Now, after weeks of non-stop eating, the body desperately needs some cleansing and energy boost. So it is the perfect time to add some detox drinks into daily breakfast.
What you'll need & How it's made:
1 cup of frozen raspberries (or blackberries, blueberries, etc).
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp ground almond
250 ml almond milk (or rice milk, oat milk, etc)
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
