Vegan Gingerbread Shake


   

 

 

Vegan Gingerbread shake is like Christmas in a jar. It is so easy to make and so delicious. Happy holiday!

What you'll need:

(serve 2)

  • 2 cups almond milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground clove
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon flax-seed meal
  • 2 ice cubes

How it's made:

Add all of the ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Pour into your glasses, top with a little whipped coconut cream and dust with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
