How It Works (Personal, Start to Finish):
You fill out a short personal travel profile (dates, number of travelers, occasions and etc)
We schedule a discovery call and deep-dive on your travel preferences (pace, priorities, pet peeves, family needs, special dates)
We curate 1–3 hotel options with personalized notes within a couple of days.
Once you approved, we will estimate the budget and require 50% non-refundable deposit before we start creating your bespoke journey. Then we book at the best available rate and request VIP amenities, upgrades, early check-in, and late checkout.
You receive a custom pre-departure guide in .pdf file, including packing tips, special notes on the destination, list of suggested restaurants, hidden gems, and etc
One month (30 days) before the trip we will confirm to you final details of the trip and charge you for the remaining 50% of the trip
After you return, we debrief and update your profile for next time
